Human Physiology Laboratory

The human physiology lab has established over an area of 200 sq. and equipped with equipment’s to determination of ESR,Bleeding Time,Clotting time, Hearting test, Total RBC count, Identification of blood groups, Visual activity and collection of blood cells. The outputs are displayed using display devices and discussed thoroughly.

Phathology And Microbiology Laboratory

The experiments made using this lab are urine physical and chemical examination is done,study of parts of compound microscope, histopathological slides of benign and malignant tumours, Manual paraffin tissue processing and section cutting, cryo processing of tissue and cryosectioning, basic staining-hematoxylin and eosin staining, special stains-cresyl fast blue(cfv) – Trichrome- oil red o – PAS, Capsule stain, simple stain, gram stain, AFB stain, Antigen – Antibody reaction Immuno electrophoresis, Slides of malarial Parasites, micro filaria and leishmania donovani, Haematology slides of anemia and leukemia and study of bone marrow charts.

Bio Medical Instrumentation Laboratory

This laboratory is used to design ECG amplifier, EMG amplifier, EEG amplifier and EOG amplifier. The measurements of pulse rate pH conductivity blood pressure and blood flow are measured.
